We understand every customer and situation is unique, thats why we built an exceptional customer care team to work together with you to solve any problems that may come up.
Due to the nature of our products we only accept returns for items that are unassembled and in their original packaging. Thoroughly inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.
You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To begin the return process, contact us at support@shedhaven.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return and Exchange Instructions
To initiate a return, use our Contact Form and include the following information:
- Order Number
- Item Number for the product you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Desired outcome: Refund or Replacement
Please inspect your order upon receipt and reach out immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and work quickly to resolve it.
Our support team will respond within one business day with further instructions.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom Products
- Gift Cards
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please first check with your bank. It can take up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and posted to your account.
If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact our support team at support@shedhaven.com.
Order Cancellation and Modification Requests
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
However, once your order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel or modify it. After receiving your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and depending on the manufacturer, restocking fees may apply. Additionally, a 3% transaction fee will be charged for credit card users, regardless of the manufacturer.
Warranties
Warranties are provided by and vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Chargebacks
Our team customer care team is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution possible.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.
