Shipping Options:
Our standard shipping is always free! Typically, this option takes between 5 to 15 days to arrive at your doorstep after your order has been submitted.
Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email to confirm that we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will then reach out to our suppliers to verify if the item is in stock and ready for shipment. If the item is back-ordered or unavailable, the pre-authorization will be voided, and we will notify you via email. If the item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will charge your card and proceed with processing your order for delivery.
Order Shipment:
If your item is in stock and the charges are successfully processed, it will ship within five business days from the order date. You will receive tracking details within 24 hours of the order leaving our warehouse, sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you don't receive tracking information within six business days, feel free to reach out to us at support@shedhaven.com.
Shipping Policy:
We currently only ship within the USA, with some exceptions. If the website allows you to enter a shipping address and complete your order, your item will be delivered. Certain products may also be available for shipment to Canada.
Changing Your Shipping Address:
If your order has been processed or shipped and you need to update your shipping address, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, please expect potential delays, and any additional charges incurred due to address changes will be the customer's responsibility. No exceptions.
Shipping Times:

If you choose to cancel your order due to delays, you will be responsible for any associated shipping fees, warehouse storage costs, and other charges. Customers who file chargebacks due to shipping delays will be held liable for theft, and no exceptions will be made.
